​​​​​My practice has a strong focus in working to help people reduce their anxiety and depression by use of mindfulness based cognitive therapy, which trains the brain to challenge faulty thinking styles and focus on staying in the present moment instead of dwelling in the past, or fretting about the future. 

I enjoy working with clients who are contemplative and philosophical -- who wrestle with concerns such as "the meaning and/or purpose of life", and spirituality -- including atheism, agnosticism, and secular questioning.
